Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all physical product orders as quickly as possible.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery within Malaysia usually takes 3–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at admin@atriawellness.my.
Return & Refund Policy
Physical Products
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.• Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened essential oils, wellness products, personal care items, or supplements are not returnable.
Digital Products (E-books & Online Courses)
• All e-books, digital downloads, and online courses are non-refundable once access or download has been granted unless stated otherwise.• Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Coaching Sessions & Programs
• Coaching sessions, workshops, and programs are non-refundable once confirmed.• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.• Missed sessions or late cancellations are considered completed and will not be replaced or refunded.
To request a return for eligible physical items, email admin@atriawellness.my with your order number and reason. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
